Your

Marriage
License Requirements
|
|
Couples need a valid
license to be married in Hawaii. Both applicants must be at least
18, there is no waiting period and the license is valid for 30
days. The fee is $50. A picture ID is required, such as a passport or driver's license.
If the applicant is 19, a birth certificate may be required. The
license also requires the names of each partner's parents and where they
were born. If either partner was married before, he or she must state the date,
country and state in which the divorce was finalized.
